A striking, reverse carved antique intaglio seal, with the phrase 'For particulars enquire within' which means simply for more details, ask inside. This is a reference to a Victorian-era domestic advice book, Enquire Within Upon Everything, published in 1856. Aside from it's literal meaning, it can also be seen figuratively, to look within oneself.
