It's a really tactile, chunky piece that you certainly know is there while you're wearing it, but is very comfortable and also stackable due to the design. It tapers from 7.5mm wide at the top to 4mm wide at the reverse of the band. 
There are no hallmarks, but it has been tested as 18ct Gold and remains in excellent antique condition.
