The US 10% tariffs are collected at checkout and parcels are shipped with the duties pre-paid. For all other countries, duties and taxes will be paid by the customer on arrival, as usual.
RETURNS
We accept returns based on the following conditions:
Please contact us, to request to return the item within 24 hours of receipt, this can be done via email gingerbellegems@gmail.com, or DM on Instagram @gingerbellegems
In the UK only, you have up to 14 days, from the day following the receipt of the goods to notify us of your intent to return the item. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of notice. Please send it with all of the original packaging, by a fully insured, tracked and signed for service (special delivery within the UK). We will not be able to refund you unless we receive the item.
For overseas customers be sure to mark it clearly as a ‘RETURN’ on the customs form, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct any import charges made to us, from the refund.
The item must be unaltered (this includes ring sizing) and undamaged in any way.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover any fees incurred from the sale, that cannot be recouped.
We do not accept returns on sale items, sized rings or items bought through layaway, unless in cases of gross misrepresentation.
