A very beautiful garnet and natural pearl late Georgian to early Victorian ring. This lovely ring is a soft toned gold with beautiful thistle design repousse shoulders and a reeded band.
The ring has a central flat cut garnet, set either side with oval natural pearls. The stones are collet set, with an open back setting to the garnet and closed back to the pearls. There is beautiful granulation detail to the sides of the gemstone settings for an additional flourish of fancy!
Overall the ring is in very good antique condition and will be suitable for mindful wear, taking care not to get the Pearls wet due to the setting.
