Antique Victorian garnet gemstone four strand bracelet 9ct clasp

A lovely bracelet of faceted bohemian garnet gemstones, strung with a 9 carat gold oval garnet set clasp. It dates to the mid Victorian era, circa 1860.
 
The Gemstones are faceted and knotted in between each bead. There is a little stretch in places between the beads, but generally the stringing is in good condition and it will be suitable for mindful wear. There is general surface abrasion/wear to most of the Garnets and little flea bites.
 
The clasp is a lovely feature, set with a large cabochon garnet 10x7.5mm in size. The Garnet is in good condition with just a small area of light surface scratches.  The setting is closed back with a bezel millgrain edge. There are two marks on the clasp, that look to be continental, one on the tongue and one on the bezel.
