What a pretty locket! It has a white guilloche enamel background with lilac, orange and pink roses and greenery painted around the edge. It is in remarkable antique condition. It opens from the top with the hinge at the bottom edge and features two spaces for photos.
 
The guilloche enamel is in excellent antique condition. The technique used to create the pearly white base uses a combination of engine turned engraving and vitreous enamel to give a highly lustrous effect.
