Antique double albert chain necklace sterling silver
Era: Early 20th century C.1920
Metal: sterling silver, marked EP maker, lion passant, date letter V-1920
Length: 38.5cm/15.4 inches
Weight: 44.6 grams
Link width: 6.2mm
A stunning, chunky ungraduated curb link albert chain in excellent antique condition. This stunning set is substantial and closes with a double dog clip and T bar.
It is a good length at 15.4", but would also look fab with an extender chain, or would work well double wrapped as a bracelet! There is a chester hallmark to one of the links and it has full marks including a date letter for 1920, as well as a makers mark E.P for Edwin Page.
It is in very good antique condition, with only minor age appropriate signs of wear. There is a small 2.3cm length of chain near the t-bar that could be added into the length of the chain if you wished, or you could hang another fixing like a bolt ring from it, for adding charms!
