A beautiful diamond and sapphire 18 carat yellow gold 5 stone ring, with bright old cut diamonds and mid blue sapphires. This gorgeous ring is Edwardian and has a clear 18ct mark.
 
The setting is a raised panel ring with bezel edges. The ring is in excellent antique condition with only minor wear to the gemstones and band.
