A beautiful mid blue sapphire eternity ring, in platinum, dating to the art deco era C.1920. It is 3.3mm wide and the sides of the ring have detailed engraved patterns, which have worn slightly in some spots.
The ring is set with calibre cut rectangular sapphires of differing sizes, in good condition for the age of the ring. They all show signs of surface wear, general abrasions, softening of facet edges and fleabites. One sapphire has a chip of note, please see the photos.
