A truly magnificent find, it is rare to see antique enamel work remaining in such sublime condition! This pair of pansies came to me on a bar brooch, but I believe that was an antique conversion, so felt no guilt to make this superb pair of earrings. We have added 9 carat gold hooks, fixed and short in length, true to the Victorian style.
 
The enamel features bright indigo tones, as well as yellow and white, the typical pansy colours and they have used gold accents to provide the detailed lines. In the centre of each pansy is a 2mm old cut diamond, held in a silver cut down collet setting, with an open back.
