Antique Victorian diamond star turquoise pave pendant 9 carat gold

What a glorious find! A rope edged round turquoise pave section sits with a diamond set star at it's centre. Below hangs a further drop set with turquoise. The bail is engraved and the whole piece nods to the Etruscan style.
 
It has an empty locket back panel which is missing its glass, but sits flat and is not sharp against the skin. 
 
The star is slightly off centre on the turquoise, but is how it has been made. The piece is in great antique condition, with just smalls signs of wear to the turquoise and one of the tiny edge pieces is chipped.
