Antique Edwardian Opal and Ruby lavalier necklace 9 carat Gold

Don't let the photos fool you, the white background opals show a bold display of vivid colour as they move. They are held in delicate millgrain edge settings and spaced apart by three bright rubies. 
The lavalier drop is suspended from a fine cable chain which closes with a small bolt ring, marked 9C.
There is some patina to the gold settings and the chain, which we have left, but could be polished if you prefer.
