A striking, large indigo blue guilloche enamel heart, with a rose cut diamond forget me knot flower in a silver setting.
This is a statement sized heart pendant and has a locket back compartment. This currently holds some beautiful hairwork, but this could be removed if you wish.
There are no marks, but the pendant tests as 9 carat gold, with a higher carat flashing. In lovely antique condition, there is a small historic repair to the enamel to the top right side of the heart.
