Antique Victorian diamond pearl blue enamel star pendant 15 carat gold

Such a beauty! With an immaculate, vibrant light blue enamel 6 pointed star, with a lustrous cream pearl at the centre and 6 sparkling rose cut diamonds.
 
It is in very good antique condition, with only one tiny (less than a mm) nick to the enamel, mentioned for accuracy. An absolute delight!
 
I think at some point in its history the back of this piece has been replaced, maybe it was previously locket back? As the front is 15ct gold and the back is 9ct and slightly warmer in tone. There is a small dent and some surface marks where this has been converted from a brooch.
