This is a stunning Victorian witches heart brooch pin. These are very rare and increasingly difficult to find with all the gemstones intact.
This one is set with multiple flat cut red garnets, all beautifully matched, and blue and orange pastes.
With its unusual urn shape to the top, this would most likely have been a mourning piece, worn in remembrance of a lover. The witches heart specifically shows a 'bewitching' passionate love.
