Here we have a gorgeous 15 carat gold Victorian opal knot heart shaped brooch dating to the late 1800's.
 
At the centre is an open knot design set with an opal gemstone. The opal is vibrant with a full colour play.
 
This could be converted to a pendant with the addition of a 9ct Gold eyelet and jump ring, should you wish, just choose the pendant option from the 'buy it as' options and contact me to discuss how you wish it to be done. With this piece I would recommend just taking the central knot portion of the brooch.
