Antique Victorian sapphire old cut diamond horseshoe pendant 18 carat gold

A lovely horseshoe shaped pendant converted from an antique brooch by our goldsmith. There are 4 sparkly old cut diamonds, graduated  in size, alternating with 5 graduated sapphires around its shape.
 
The Diamonds vary slightly in clarity and colour but are all bright and lively, and the sapphires are a beautiful bright shade of mid blue.
