A classic pair of buttercup set opal drop earrings. The opals are wonderful displaying the full spectrum of colour but particularly vivid greens. The gold is a slightly warm colour typical of antique 9ct gold.
I suspect they have had later replacement hooks added at some point in their history. Otherwise the condition is excellent!
