A very sweet locket back quatrefoil shaped pendant, this was likely created as a sentimental or mourning piece. The front is entirely engraved with acanthus scrolls, apart from the central cartouche which remains blank.
It has a detailed diamond cut jump ring bail. The condition is very good antique, with just one small dink to the cartouche.
