Everyone needs a classic opal heart pendant in their life! This one features a diamond too and came from an art nouveau era bar brooch. I have kept it as it was, with heart free to dangle below the diamond and both are in their original settings.
 
The condition is excellent antique, the opal is bursting with colour play and cut into an excellent heart shape. The diamond is bright and lively.
