Antique red and blue enamel bracelet with rose cut diamonds 14ct Gold
Era: Victorian 1837-1901
Metal: 14ct Gold (tested)
Gemstones: Rose cut Diamonds x36 2mm
Length: 18.6cm
Weight: 13.5g
Likely of continental origin, this bracelet is unusual and interesting in its design. Oval shaped flat links are detailed with red enamel, each link set with two rose cut diamonds and joined together with mid blue enamel links. The enamel is in very good condition, with just a few very small areas where the blue colour has faded, mostly near the clasp.
The gold has a rich yellow tone and the bracelet closes with a concealed box clasp, secured with a fine safety chain. To the reverse of the clasp an initial 'D' is engraved.
A superb antique bracelet for those who seek beautiful, unique pieces of jewellery.
