I love this combination of motifs! A sprig of ivy leaves, centred in a horseshoe for luck and everlasting love. It has been converted to a pendant from a stickpin, with the addition of a new 9 carat gold jump ring. 
 
There is a full, clear hallmark to the reverse for 9 carat gold, chester assay office, U for 1920. The condition is excellent.
