A very good Victorian era double sided fob pendant, with the gemstones set in a horseshoe design. Likely once part of an antique albert chain, judging by the size and weight. The amethyst is a beautiful colour and I think also foiled which adds to the vivid glow.
The condition is good antique, the detail is crisp and the bloodstone is free from damage. There is a chip to the bottom of the amethyst, not immediately obvious when worn, I think caused by a surface reaching inclusion.
