What do I need to know about purchasing antique jewellery?Antique and vintage jewellery is by its nature more delicate than new jewellery, although it is still very wearable today. The pieces we sell will all show some signs of wear and please bare in mind that they are not new. We will show in the photographs and note in the descriptions, any details that we think should be highlighted. Please read and look at these carefully, and do ask us any questions before purchase if you are unsure. We are happy to send more photographs and videos if you would like any. Photographs are taken indoors and out, and attempt to show fine detail using a magnifying lens so please check dimensions carefully. We can offer resizing on certain rings. Pieces are sold as seen with no future guarantees of integrity.

Can I return my order?I do accept returns and exchanges. The item must be returned within 14 days from receipt and return requested within 24 hours. Conditions of return The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and any repairs for damage caused to the item. The item must be returned by a fully insured, tracked and signed for service. We will not be able to refund you unless we receive the item. The item must be unaltered and undamaged in any way, and sent with the original packaging, marked clearly as a return, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct any import charges made to us, from the refund. The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Custom or personalised orders, including sized rings Items on sale Items purchased with layaway Questions about your order? Do I need to pay for customs charges?Yes, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, please keep this in mind at the time of purchase.

Do you offer ring resizing?Our rings are mostly unique and one off pieces, and as such may not be your size. Apart from full eternity rings, most of our rings can be sized to fit, and we are always happy to advise if you message us. We do offer a ring sizing service if you know your exact size, but we feel this is best done locally to you by a jeweller where you can visit and check with a ring sizer. That way minor adjustments can be made. Most rings can be sized at least 3 sizes up or down, and we will be able to provide you with a cost for this service when we know what size you require. Just send us a message if you are at all unsure and we will do our best to help.

Do you offer layaway?We offer a Paypal layaway plan. If agreed, 25% is paid immediately to hold an item, and three subsequent equal payments are to be paid at regular monthly intervals, or sooner. After full payment is received the item is sent. If payments are missed and we are not contacted we reserve the right to cancel the layaway plan. We will also retain any monies paid if you do not contact us to pay within two weeks of an instalment becoming due. If you need to cancel your layaway item any money paid is non refundable. Each situation is considered carefully in the event of difficulties paying, but please contact us early to discuss if you have a problem making a payment. What is the condition of the jewellery?Our jewellery is carefully examined, assessed and cleaned before we offer pieces for sale. Our Goldsmiths/ Gemmologists have many years of experience, and undertake any repairs needed prior to us offering items for sale. We also check the metal composition of pieces and confirm gemstones. Delivery and ShippingWe offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. All orders are posted with a tracked and signed for service, fully insured. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, Special Delivery next day service, or first class recorded. Overseas orders are sent with Royal Mail, Tracked, Insured and Signed for, or DHL Courier service, depending on value. Delivery times vary, depending on destination, but parcels are sent within 1-2 days of order being placed. If you require an item quickly please message us and we will see what we can do.

Packaging and Gift WrappingAll items are posted in a quality, antique style, leatherette box branded with our logo and name. This is sent within a further cardboard box which is gift wrapped in tissue and ribbon. There is a detailed, hand written description card included, with appropriate cleaning and polishing cloths. Occasionally we use a double sided and branded black velvet pouch where appropriate. The package is sent well wrapped to arrive safely.
