The opal has a stunning play of colour. The stone has a white base colour, although it is entirely covered with an abundance of red and flecks of blue, green, purple and yellow.
 
The halo of old mine cut diamonds add a beautiful sparkle, with sixteen bright white gemstones of excellent clarity, verbally graded as a mix of VS and SI and F/G colour.
 
This lovely opal is held in place by claw settings with a raised gallery and an open back. The whole piece is in excellent condition and will not disappoint.
