This is a fine, Victorian, 9 carat gold signet ring with an oval orange carnelian gemstone, held in bezel setting. It is a substantial ring with a split shoulder setting. Currently a larger size, but it could be sized down if needed.
 
 The carnelian is an orange tone and the ring is open backed.
 
The condition is excellent with very little wear for a ring of this age. The sardonyx is also in very good condition with little sign of wear.
