A beautiful diamond and sapphire 18 carat yellow gold trilogy stone ring, with bright old cut diamond and mid blue sapphires. This gorgeous ring is Edwardian and has a clear 18ct hallmark.
 
The ring is in excellent antique condition with only minor wear to the gemstones and band.
