A beautiful diamond and sapphire 18 carat yellow gold Toi et Moi ring, with a bright old cut diamond and a mid blue sapphire. This gorgeous ring is Edwardian and has a clear full 18ct hallmark.
 
The setting is beautiful with two claw set gemstones in cathedral settings, above detailed open scrollwork. The ring is in excellent antique condition with only minor wear to the gemstones and band.
