Antique early Victorian citrine riviere necklace 9 carat gold

The centrepiece of this necklace is a stunning series of twelve faceted oval citrine gemstones, set in 9 carat gold and dating to the early victorian era.
 
The whole piece is open backed and the stones are cut down bezel set, attached to a curb link chain with a later spring ring fastening. It is in excellent condition with the original gemstones, which are a beautiful rich golden colour.
